When upgrading fuel pumps, you often are asking your factory wiring to handle considerably my current than it was designed to do: some installs even melting the original wiring.  By installing this kit you are allowing a higher electrical current keeping voltage stronger to your new fuel pumps and preventing electrical shorts.
