How It Works

IMS trade accounts give Australian performance workshops, dealers and parts businesses access to wholesale pricing across our full range of performance parts. Once approved, trade pricing applies automatically every time you log in and place an order — no discount codes, no manual requests.

You must have an existing IMS customer account before applying. The email address on your application must match the email on your registered IMS account exactly — applications with a mismatched email will not be processed.

Registered Dealers Authorised resellers of performance and engine management brands stocked by IMS.
Trade Customers ABN-registered automotive businesses buying performance parts at trade volume.

Terms and Conditions

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the ACL (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Sch 2). Statutory consumer guarantees apply where relevant.

Account use: Trade pricing is tied to your registered IMS account. Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing credentials or applying trade pricing to non-business purchases is grounds for suspension.

Pricing: Trade pricing is set at IMS's discretion and may be adjusted with notice. Pricing confirmed at time of order applies to that order.

Returns and warranties: Trade returns assessed under IMS returns policy and applicable ACL provisions. Manufacturer warranties apply as supplied. IMS does not extend or modify manufacturer warranty terms.

ABN verification: By submitting you confirm your ABN is valid and current. IMS may verify via the Australian Business Register before approving an account.

Approval: Submission does not guarantee approval. IMS reserves the right to decline or revoke trade account status at any time.
