Our BA-BF-FG XR6T exhaust system is joined by stainless steel V-Band rings, NO gaskets, NO bolts, NO leaks and yes you have much more flexibility with alignment; including the exhaust tips! Twin 3 inch tips for BA-BF. FG has perforated chrome twin outlets. Our super cat running twin 100mm bricks both in one body and will be standard issue on all Nizpro 102mm exhaust systems. The exhaust will support 600 rwkWs with the cat in place. The design still gives great ground clearance and is far more functional than a separate twin cat system. Power Levels:			Expect 445kW to 463kW at the engine.

 

AZIncludes:			• Engine stripped and inspected • All clearances are machined to exacting standards (blueprinted) • Crank, rods, pistons are balanced • Nizpro designed forged pistons • Cylinder combustion chamber is modified • Is fitted with new rings and bearings • Custom heavy-duty valve springs are fitted • Custom Nizpro steel billet oil pump gears • Nizpro designed custom high performance connecting rods and ARP bolts • Engine is reassembled to exacting standards • Engine and Stage 2 kit are fitted to vehicle • Block sonically tested to ensure no core shift or other problems • Engine tuned using Flash Tuner with boost at approx. 1.2 Bar • Engine is carefully run-in on chassis dyno; the process includes all fuel and an oil change • The cylinder head is stripped, checked and cleaned up where necessary, noting that in stock trim the XR6 head provides extremely good flow characteristics
